Virginia Michailidou

Nina – was born in Greece in 1997. She graduated from the Greek National Opera Dance School in 2019 where she also performed in the Opera as a guest dancer. In Greece she worked with Daphnis Kokkinos, Apostolia Papadamaki, Alexandros Stavropoulos, and Athanasia Kanellopoulou. In the summer of 2019 she joined Ballet de Catalunya under the direction of Elias Garcia, then two years later she moved to Germany to work as a guest dancer at National Theater Mannheim while working as a freelancer in Heidelberg. She joined Hannover Staatsballett for the Think Big Festival in 2022, collaborating with Maria Chiara de Nobili, Anna Borràs and Roberto Tedesco. She joins of curious nature as a graduate dancer.
Virginia Michailidou was supported from October 17, 2022, to July 15, 2023, by Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien in the NEUSTART KULTUR program, through the DIS-TANZ-START funding for graduates by Dachverband Tanz Deutschland.
