Jed Nagales

From the Philippines, Jed started dancing at a young age, excelling in Jazz, Gymnastics and Cheer Dance. He actively participated and won several awards in regional and national competitions and became a part of the Philippine National Team who competed and bagged medals in Japan for 6 years.
In 2022, Jed graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, specializing in contemporary dance and ballet. He participated in Akram Khan’s “The Jungle Book Reimagined” as an intern in London. And in the same year, he obtained a full-time contract with Aura Dance Theatre in Lithuania where he was a permanent member of the ensemble in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons. Being part as a dancer in choreographies of Birute Litukaite, Ferenc Feher, Emanuel Gat, etc., Jed got the chance to tour across the world, to dance, and to connect to various artists and dance cultures.

Since the start of the 2024/25 season, Jed is a permanent ensemble member at OCN.
